All Goods are packed and shipped using the most economical or prompt method available.

Orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe from goods completed and we will endevour to advise of dispatch on all occasions.

In most cases shipping times are overnight tthoughout New Zealand Metro cities and estimated between 2 to 5 days otherswise.

Realtime location & tracking consignments are available in most caes and it is the clients resposnisbility to be available and to follow up with the forwarder should they require.

Internationally freight where required is possible and will be handled by CUSTOM GEAR on behalf of our clients. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
