What do you get the man (or woman) who was everything? It’s the age-old question, and while we’re not as close to answering it as we’d like to be, we can give you a few suggestions for the average car nut.

Personalised Neon Sign

The internet abounds with sites where you can buy a personalised neon sign. If you’re looking for a gift that could only go to your special guy or gal and would only fit in one garage, a personalised neon sign is the way to go.

Neon signs can be personalised with distinct messages, designs, colors, and so on and can brighten up the atmosphere in a dingy garage.

Not to mention, having beers with your buds in the glow of a neon sign is a throwback experience like no other. So, why not? Just make sure it doesn’t say anything too cheesy.

Automobile Car Letter Sign

Here’s a quirky, fun gift that’s sure to provide a splash of personality to any space- from the garage to the living room.

These signs spell out your special person’s name in car parts and just look positively fun. They usually don’t run up too big a price tag and are a very thoughtful and distinct gift.

Personalised Keyrings

Personalised keyrings are an incredible gift for anyone you want to show appreciation for. A personalised keyring can work as a way to distinguish your keys when placed in a no-drunk-driving party bowl and just feel nice to have around.

I bought my son a personalised keyring around his birthday this year, and he’s still carrying it around. Personalised or promotional keyrings are so unique because they provide a splash of personality and color where you otherwise wouldn’t expect it.

They’re cheap, easy to get, and most people don’t think to go that route, so your gift probably won’t have one.

Custom Air Fresheners

No, really, hear us out. You might not think there’s anything special about an air freshener, but there are air fresheners out there with unique scents and shapes that will knock your socks off.

If the person you’re looking to give a gift to loves retro, look for a pair-of-dice air freshener. Does he/she love the smell of cologne? Look for an air freshener that will keep their car smelling like bourbon and sandalwood.

Not all air fresheners are Tiny Trees, and you don’t have to go the traditional black ice/pine-scented ways. You can find a unique, cool air freshener that works for you.

USB Chargers

I know that when I’m working on my little chevy, I use my phone for everything. Need a light? Flashlight. Stuck with a fix? Look it up. Having a fully charged phone is a must for any of my big car projects.

But that charger gets wrapped around wheels, legs, exhausts, and everything in-between. Buying a USB charger, I could fit in my pocket was an absolute game-changer and freed me up to do what I love without distractions.
