While sporting events might be a little different in the wake of COVID-19, there are still a variety of events in New Zealand that you can take advantage of to promote your brand. Sporting events can be one of the easiest ways to promote your brand, as you can pair up with the teams to give away joint products with the team logo and with your logo. You can giveaway everything from beanies to thundersticks to t-shirts. Your brand will be seen on television, and sometimes the fans will wear your product for years to come ensuring your brand remains relevant and in the news.

Promotional Beanies"Promotional

Some places in New Zealand can get quite cool especially if you are attending an outdoor sporting event. Many fans will be reaching for their beanies, and if you give out promotional beanies, your logo or brand can be seen by thousands of people, who then might be likely to buy your product. What you spend in beanies and advertising, you can make up for (and then some) in the return of product sales.

Branded Flags"Custom

You can also place flags around a stadium, where countless people in the stands and even on television will see the brand and logo of your product. These flags are a great way to bring attention to your brand. They might not result in instant product sales, but months down the road when people are shopping for your product they might say, “what about that brand I saw at the stadium?” Get a branded flag if you are looking to plant some subliminal messages in the brains of fans.

Promotional Thundersticks"Thunder

Thundersticks are used throughout the world at sporting events, and they are one of the most fun things a fan can do at an event. People love these things – seriously. So, what better way to get your product and brand out into the world? Produce some thundersticks in the home team’s colors at the sporting event, put your brand on it, and watch thousands of spectators wave your brand around for everyone on TV to see – it is instantaneous brand exposure!

T-Shirts with your Logo"Custom

Another favorite of fans everywhere is the free t-shirt. Partner up with the home team, and give out free t shirts with the team’s logo and your brand logo as a sponsorship. You will get exposure at the event the shirts are passed out at, but also for years to come as people where your t-shirt over and over. This can generate conversation between people and their friends, as their friends see their t-shirt and ask about your brand.

Branded Lanyards"Lanyards"

Lanyards are used all over the world. Many people in New Zealand where them to work to hang their company badge around their neck. You can give away lanyards at a sporting event that have the teams’ logo on them as well as your brand or logo. People will wear these for years, ensuring that your logo is constantly being seen, and essentially advertised for free.
